Carmen is an amazing agent. She helped me getting the house that I want. even thought it was a long process, but she assures that we will get it. She works very hard with the listing agent to get everything on the appraisal lists fixed. She always keep me update with the status of the sale even after hours. Carmen was genuine in her desire to help our daughter find just the home she needed for her little family. She took her to various places - helped her understand some of the ins and outs of what to look for in searching for a home. She seemed to honest in her working with the other realtor so the transaction could go smoothly. Despite some personal family responsibilities (which made her more endearing to us personally), she worked with our schedules and our personalities to get things done.
